Purchases and refunds
We aim to supply top quality goods. CDs and DVDs are tested in a variety of PCs and DVD players. All printed material is supplied using high quality paper and ink. However, mistakes do sometimes happen. For example, one sealed CD case in a batch of 100 received from one of our suppliers was found to contain no CD!
If you find any problem with the goods that you have received please notify us within 7 days and we shall do one of the following:
For CDs or DVDs either replace the faulty goods or give you a refund, as you wish. If you prefer a refund it will be initiated on receipt by us of the faulty goods. If you prefer a replacement we'll do it straight away.
For photographic prints we'll provide an immediate replacement.
CD and DVD licence terms
Each CD or DVD (called "CD" below) is issued subject to the following conditions.
1 All content is issued without warranty of any kind (defective CDs will be replaced free of charge). The information provided is intended to be of a general nature. No liability is accepted for any loss or damage that results from use of the CD, including consequential damage, however caused.
2 All material contained on the web site and any CD is copyright Stuart Barry or Digital Dimensions Limited. No reproduction in any form is allowed without the written permission of Stuart Barry, other than a single backup copy for personal use.
Company details
All goods ordered through this site will be supplied through Smooth Guide, the on-line trading division of Digital Dimensions Limited. Credit card transactions will show the payee name as Smooth Guide.
